Technology is changing rapidly, and we are committed to staying on the cutting edge of sustainable, eco-friendly construction on Vancouver Island.
We have a committed and capable team of staff and sub-trades.… people who want to do the job right. We maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism, so you will benefit from excellent quality at a fair price.
At Pheasant Hill we are genuine in our pursuit of sustainable building practices. To date, all of our Built Green™ BC homes have achieved either Gold or Platinum status (according to an independent auditor), and we anticipate building Passive Solar and Net Zero (homes that generate electricity beyond their own needs) housing in the near future.
In 2006 we were recognized with a Vancouver Island CARE ™ Award for quality building, and according to the City of Nanaimo, we were the first to install a grey-water recycling system in a new home here. We also included a rainwater collection and storage system in that home to supply summer irrigation.
Building and renovating in ways that create beautiful, functional homes, while doing our best to tread gently on our environment, is what Pheasant Hill Homes is about.
