As general contractors we are able to manage the process of building from start to finish. We can take your ideas and dreams, and translate them into working drawings for building or renovating, and help you with budgeting. Our staff and affiliates can assist you with design, budgeting, engineering, drafting, and landscaping
In preparation for meeting with us, scribble on some napkins!! Your home-made sketches and ideas may help capture important aspects of the project for us You should assemble a folio of ideas, pictures, notes and magazine articles that capture things that are important to you.
Give some thought to how you would articulate your values when it comes to building. How should the house “feel” when you walk in? What genre of architecture is best aligned with your taste? Can you suggest a local home (or internet site or magazine photos) that captures the essence of what you like? Do you like most of your possessions stored out of site, or readily visible and easy to grab? Is your lifestyle quiet or busy? Do you lean towards a bright airy feel to your living space, or do you prefer cozy and intimate?
